March 5: Zumba

Zumba Fitness - Moving the World to a New Beat - It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Ditch the workout, join the party! Wear comfortable shoes that don't have a lot of traction as we will be on carpet.
March 12: Strength/Cardio Boot Camp
Instructor: Yvette
Weather permitting, we will start with an “Indian Run” outdoors. We will go at an relaxed pace, but you are welcome to walk if you would like. After the run/walk, we will go inside for strength and core training. We will do a fun variety of strength-building exercises using dumb bells (if we have enough) and our own body weight. Bring any dumb bells if you have them, and be sure to bring a towel or mat for the floor.
March 19: Mat Pilates
Instructor: Jenni
In this class we will work through several well known Pilates exercises, which target core strength, while focusing on correct form. Appropriate for both beginner and intermediate students. Bring a mat if you have one; there may be some extras available to use if you don't.
March 26: Intro to Ashtanga Yoga
Instructor: Kristin
Perfect for beginners, this stress-reducing class improves strength, balance, posture and flexibility through a flowing sequence of poses using focused breathing techniques. Bring a mat if you have one; there may be some extras available to use if you don't.
